I led migrations from legacy systems including Mindbody, Boulevard, Salon Genius, and PatientNow into Zenoti. I also configured and tested integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, and documented migration playbooks for future client work.
At Sutherland Global Services, I led Allscripts EHR implementations and later managed a team delivering them. I worked on HL7 interfaces through Rhapsody, supported go-lives, and helped improve delivery practices; achievements included reducing monthly team escalations by 30% and increasing CSAT scores by 50%.
