At Flipkart Internet pvt ltd., I monitored services as part of the MTL observability Team, responded to system alerts, and used Prometheus and Grafana dashboards.

I tracked Service Level Indicators and Service Level Objectives, managed error budgets, and wrote blameless postmortems following root-cause analysis.

At Persistent Systems Ltd., I developed Java and Spring Boot services for SmartBear and Wayfair. For Wayfair, I also contributed to an ecommerce application with a React JS frontend and deployed the application on Kubernetes.

My work has included automating operational tasks with Python and Bash, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and provisioning infrastructure using Ansible. I’m looking for an opportunity to improve my skills and knowledge in an environment that supports growth and excellence.
