What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities across HR, operations, coordination, analytics, and technology-enabled business functions where I can apply AI training, data quality, process coordination, and team leadership experience.

At Scale AI, I trained and optimized AI chatbots using NLP and machine learning techniques, improving language accuracy and response quality. I was promoted to Team Lead for consistent performance and leadership in AI training projects.

I design and refine prompts, review and validate data, and run quality assurance workflows across concurrent workstreams. I coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to align requirements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.

Previously, I taught foundational computer skills to students at Little Kingdom School. With an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing and a PGDCA, I bring process coordination, reporting, communication, and technology-enabled business support to my work.
