What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can translate financial and capital data into decision-ready insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and support policy- and strategy-driven outcomes—especially where sustainability and long-term planning matter.

I’m a Government of Alberta Budget Analyst who turns complex financial and capital information into clear, decision-ready insights. I’ve supported senior leadership through forecasting, variance analysis, structured risk summaries, and policy-aligned budgeting and reporting.

In capital planning, I’ve assessed capital budget submissions against Treasury Board policies and helped consolidate and stress-test five-year capital forecasts of ~ $20B. I also maintained and validated financial governance structures (cost centres, WBS, internal orders) and ensured capital project coding and database integrity within FATS to support transparent, inter-ministerial reporting.

My experience blends financial accountability with communication and stakeholder partnership. Beyond budgeting work, I’ve contributed as a Business Analyst Intern and Car Accounting & Finance Intern using tools like SAP, SAS, JIRA, and large-scale datasets—always focused on accuracy, usability, and improving processes. I’m passionate about leveraging data, storytelling, and strategic thinking, with a growing focus on policy, sustainability, and sports-related industries.
