What I'm looking for
I am a results-oriented customer onboarding and KYC specialist with a BSc in Information Technology and Communication and six years of progressive experience in telecommunications. I combine hands-on KYC operations with analytical skills using SQL, PostgreSQL, Power BI, Python and Tableau.
For five years I have supervised teams, overseeing customer registration, KYC verifications, outbound campaigns and national quality assurance for registrations. I lead training for front-line staff, troubleshoot KYC systems, and perform fraud assessments and compliance reporting.
I championed the KYC-Verified project and routinely administer, analyze and report on customer experience surveys to improve onboarding and activation metrics. I prepare onboarding reports, recommend process improvements, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve onboarding issues.
