What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support corporate and regulatory work, draft with accuracy, and contribute to arbitration or litigation teams—using strong research and writing to solve real business legal challenges.

I’m a law student (BA.LLB Hons.) specializing in commercial and international law, with a strong focus on corporate legal work, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. I aim to add value through careful legal research, clear drafting, and practical case support.

Through my internships, I’ve handled contract management and compliance work, supported litigation preparation, and conducted legal due diligence for mining and manufacturing matters. I drafted responses to legal notices, prepared compliance reports, and supported arguments tied to compensation and retrenchment issues under relevant statutes.

I’ve also worked on land acquisition and compensation, tenancy and labour-law matters, and commercial arbitration preparations. In corporate acquisition due diligence, I reviewed statutory, contractual, and corporate documents and supported written submissions involving jurisdictional issues and interim relief under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

My chamber experiences strengthened my adaptability across areas like IBC, Companies Act, Competition Act, consumer/MSME and NCLT proceedings, and even criminal and matrimonial matters. Alongside, I’ve participated in major moot court competitions (Jessup, NLS Trilegal, and MNLU Nagpur), refining my advocacy and international arbitration orientation.
