What I'm looking for

I’m looking for opportunities where I can do high-quality legal research and drafting across transactional work, litigation, and arbitration—supported by strong mentorship—so my work directly strengthens case strategy and client outcomes.

I’m a law student (LL.B. Hons.) with strong academic standing, including an O Grade (Distinction) in Company Law I and Criminal Law. I enjoy turning complex legal issues into clear research notes and drafting that moves matters forward.

Through internships across Phoenix Legal, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, and chambers of senior advocates, I’ve built hands-on experience in legal research, bench briefs, and drafting. I’ve supported work across arbitration and litigation (including SLPs and counter-affidavits), and I’ve delivered structured research on questions of statutory and constitutional interpretation.

In transactional settings, I’ve researched and mapped closing-binder documentation for PE/VC transactions, examined force majeure risk allocation in power purchase agreements, and conducted land due diligence against Rajasthan-specific statutory timelines and exemptions. I’m motivated by mentorship, rigorous research standards, and practical, outcome-focused legal work.
