Researched and structured legal memos on global capability centers (GCCs) and on call center establishment and compliance across India, the EU, and the US for a Fortune 500 company. Drafted a professional services agreement and supported litigation research involving the New York Convention, economic torts, and contract/arbitration-related statutes.

Conducted legal research and drafting on Social Media Intermediary Platform Rules and intermediary takedown obligations, including EU/DE/UK/NG frameworks. Researched GDPR territorial scope, the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 and draft rules, ride-hailing aggregator regulatory requirements, CCTV data-retention in Karnataka, and sector cybersecurity guidelines.

Prepared research notes on FEMA filing requirements for mergers involving foreign investment or foreign entities. Produced memos on FCRAs and Section 8 companies, buy-back restrictions, FEMA timelines for advance remittances, and supported due diligence for SPAs and SHAs.

Researched and drafted notes on related party transactions and prepared compliance checklists for ODI by individuals under FEMA/RBI regulations and for company incorporation. Assisted in reviewing SHA, SSA, SPA, and AOA, and supported contractual due diligence for ongoing legal matters.

Prepared briefs on payment aggregators and payment gateways and researched IP law focusing on trademarks, trademark infringement, and passing off. Drafted consumer complaints, legal notices, and objections to written arguments, and assisted in proceedings before NCLT, High Court, trial courts, and consumer commissions.
