What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to build on my drafting and research experience in litigation, corporate law, taxation, insolvency, securities, RERA, or intellectual property, with exposure to complex matters across courts and tribunals.

I've drafted appeals, pleadings, written statements, agreements, and trademark replies through internships spanning the Supreme Court, ITAT, CIT(A)/NaFAC, NCLT Mumbai, SAT, Rajasthan RERA Authority, and REAT. My work includes reassessment appeals, RERA appeals, SAT filings, insolvency matters, and constitutional and criminal litigation research.

At R. P. Legal Consultant, I filed a matter before SAT, drafted an NCLT Mumbai written statement, incorporated companies, and vetted commercial agreements. I've also worked on direct-tax disputes, RERA jurisdiction challenges, IBC matters, IP objections, and compliance research across Delhi, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, and Patna.
