What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a legal role where I can deepen corporate/compliance research, due diligence, and drafting, while also supporting dispute-resolution work. I want mentorship, crisp feedback, and opportunities to contribute to real client deliverables.

I’m a B.A. LL.B (Hons) candidate at Amity Law School, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, building my career through hands-on corporate and disputes work. I enjoy turning complex regulatory and commercial information into clear, decision-ready legal research, drafting, and summaries.

Across multiple corporate internships, I conducted due diligence and compliance research spanning company law, secretarial work, and regulatory updates. I prepared and supported drafting of MBP-1, affidavits, NOCs, board meeting records, minutes, and related documents, while also running VPDs, compiling lists of charges, and producing background notes and judgment summaries.

On the disputes side, I researched arbitration set-asides, public policy standards, and damages liability, and supported argument drafting through case extraction and judgment compilation. I also worked on matters involving IBC, contractual enforceability, electricity law, NCLAT/NCLT jurisdiction, writ maintainability, and mediation—strengthening my ability to analyze strategy, timelines, and legal tests.

I rely on strong research habits using SCC Online, Manupatra, and Casemine, and I bring structured writing, attention to detail, and effective communication to every task. Alongside practice, I’ve published research on Taxation of Cryptocurrency in India and volunteered with a legal aid cell, and I’m now seeking an opportunity where I can keep sharpening corporate/legal research and drafting impact.
