I’m looking for an opportunity where I can draft high-quality legal documents, support GST/compliance work, and contribute to litigation and arbitration research—learning from strong legal teams while handling real client matters end-to-end.

I’m a law student and intern who enjoys turning legal research into actionable drafts—whether that’s GST appeals, high-value commercial documents, or structured litigation notes.

Through my internships, I’ve worked across taxation and corporate legal work, including drafting a GST appeal for appellate authorities, researching input tax credit eligibility under Section 16(2)(c) of the CGST Act, and preparing notes on time-barred Show Cause Notices (SCNs).

I also support enforceable commercial execution on the ground: I’ve drafted MSAs and client onboarding agreements (including indemnity and termination protocols), along with privacy- and data-governance documents such as Data Protection Agreements, Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, and Refund Policies for pan-India operations.

On the litigation side, I’ve drafted petitions and built case briefs for commercial, civil, and constitutional matters, conducting research on topics like Section 233 CrPC (defence evidence), SARFAESI limitation and notice requirements, and further-investigation principles under Section 173(8) CrPC.
