Earlier, I led full-cycle recruiting coordination for technical roles at Tata Technologies and ran end-to-end IT staffing processes in an RPO environment at Neptune Consultants. I’ve owned MIS and recruiting reports for pipeline visibility, managed offer management and onboarding logistics, and consistently strengthened process consistency through structured tracking, communication, and continuous improvement.
