I'm a Senior Product Manager with 5 years in product and 8+ years overall, based in Bangalore.
Most of that has been on one product: a social voice-chat community inside a mobile game at Gameberry Labs. I was the first PM on it and took it from 0→1 to 100K DAU and $18M+ ARR, which means I've worked the same product through launch, PMF and scale rather than one stage of three different ones.
I tend to validate cheaply before building. The tiered loyalty program that lifted month-one spend retention from 32% to 58% was trialled over WhatsApp before we wrote any code. I shipped a group celebration mechanic that drove a 22-27% lift in daily revenue. Most recently I led new-market validation for a second title, designing the geo-experiment and the metrics, and took deep engagement from 11.9% to 25.2% in three months.
Outside work I build my own products. AI Bytes is a daily AI news app that picks different stories for different professional roles. I designed it and built the app and the content pipeline myself using AI coding tools. It's live on the Play Store.
