I’m a Lead Product Manager focused on consumer products, with strengths in engagement, retention, conversion, and monetisation. I’ve owned product strategy and business outcomes, built teams from scratch, and led products through early development, launch, and growth.
I’m particularly good at investigating why users drop off, stop returning, or don’t convert—and deciding what to do about it. I combine user research, behavioural data, and experimentation to understand the problem, prioritise changes, and evaluate their impact. That experience applies across consumer products where growth depends on helping people find value, build a habit, and choose to pay.
AI is a hands-on part of how I work. I’m fluent with AI tools and use them to explore product ideas, support discovery, and build functional prototypes. I have experience with AI prototyping, Evals and RAG pipelines.
At Gameberry Labs, I owned product strategy and business outcomes for Sorry! World, leading a multidisciplinary team of around 45 through global launch and live growth. The game reached #1 on the U.S. Google Play Top Free chart and scaled to approximately 60,000 daily active users and $25,000 in daily revenue.
Previously, as an early employee at Lila Games, I built the product management team from scratch and led a flagship mobile shooter from early development through soft launch. I also helped grow the studio from 20 to 40 people, including hiring senior leaders.
I bring both leadership and hands-on execution: setting direction, making trade-offs, and working closely with design, engineering, and analytics to deliver and learn from the results.
