I’m seeking a challenging environment that encourages learning and creativity, provides exposure to new ideas, and supports professional growth across enterprise software, telecom, and digital learning platforms.

At GlobalLogic Ltd., I documented products including Ericsson Mediaroom and MediaFirst, creating user and installation guides, release and patch notes, protocol guides, and REST API publications.

For Pearson BlueSky, I prepared product design documentation, REST API details, UMLs, data flow and architecture designs, user manuals, and interactive videos. I also managed sprints for the project.
