I've spent 20+ years building the systems, playbooks, and client experiences that help growing organizations operate at scale. Most recently, at Cain Management, I coordinate strategic priorities, business changes, and operational projects across a multi-location restaurant organization.

At Sternbach & Rose CPAs, I led client onboarding, client success, operations, and technology support. I implemented the firm’s CRM and client management platform end to end, then introduced Truss, an AI-powered tax workflow platform, while providing product feedback to its startup team.

I've also redesigned high-volume logistics and compliance operations at Omega Industries, supported more than 7,700 customers at CertaPro Painters, and helped build operational structure at Autonomic Controls. My work consistently connects people, processes, systems, and customer communication.

At Philips Healthcare, I led multi-state client implementations, onboarding, training, and operational rollouts for healthcare accounts while managing a 41-person team. I recovered more than $2.4 million through contract review and process improvements, and earned a Service Excellence Award for client relationship management.
