I’m a Learning & Development professional with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing learning programs, coaching professionals, leading teams, and improving performance through data-driven strategies. My background combines learning design, program implementation, professional development, stakeholder collaboration, and digital learning.
I’ve led programs serving 694+ participants, coached 20+ professionals, managed teams, and delivered measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, and completion—including increasing program adoption from 18% to 64% and completion by 550%. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and hold a B.A. in Advertising and an M.Ed.
