What I'm looking for

I'm seeking internship or research opportunities in bioinformatics and molecular biotechnology.

At IIIT Una, I trained in DNA, RNA, and protein sequence analysis, including FASTA processing, BLAST, ORF detection, and mutation analysis. I also worked with genomic datasets and biological databases while developing automated bioinformatics workflows.

I developed a Python-based toolkit for DNA, RNA, and protein sequence analysis, with FASTA parsing, ORF detection, mutation analysis, an interactive GUI, and automated PDF report generation.

At Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) Private Limited, I gained hands-on exposure to industrial quality control protocols and SOPs, soap manufacturing units, production workflows, and product testing procedures.

I'm contributing to discussions and analysis of biological and omics datasets as a member of the OSDR Analysis Working Group (AWG), NASA GeneLab/OSDR. I’m also contributing to literature review, data analysis, and manuscript drafting for a research paper in preparation.
