I've trained at CSIR-CDRI and Biotech Park, Lucknow, applying sequence alignment, phylogenetic analysis, protein interaction mapping, and laboratory testing to research questions in biotechnology.
For my CSIR-CDRI dissertation, I used evolutionary and network biology approaches to compare protein kinases and phosphatases across species and pathways. At Biotech Park, I evaluated lemongrass essential oil quality and soil suitability using hydrodistillation, spectrophotometry, flame photometry, pH analysis, and QA/QC principles; I'm now seeking opportunities to contribute my bioinformatics, analytical, and laboratory skills to scientific research and innovation.
