At University of Allahabad, I investigated therapeutic targets and molecular mechanisms in hepatocellular carcinoma through sequence, structural, and protein analysis. I analyzed gene–protein interaction data to identify candidate biomarkers and interpret oncogenic pathways.
For my dissertation, I used PyRx to screen and evaluate protein–ligand binding interactions between candidate small molecules and therapeutic proteins. I also organized and interpreted molecular datasets, maintaining clean data handling and structured documentation.
During the Biotechnology Training Program, I performed DNA and RNA isolation, PCR, and agarose gel electrophoresis, and assisted with ELISA under supervision. I maintained laboratory notebooks following GLP standards and prepared reagents using precision pipetting.
