At Vymo Technologies Private Limited, I progressed from Associate to Senior Recruiter and handled full-cycle hiring across India and APAC. I developed targeted sourcing strategies and created the “Modern JD” framework to improve candidate engagement and application quality.
Earlier, at Qubole Software India Private Limited, I supported recruitment operations, interview coordination, and technical hiring. I contributed to consistent processes and candidate communication throughout the hiring journey.
