I'm looking for on-site, hybrid, or remote HR Recruiter opportunities across India, where I can support non-IT hiring, build candidate relationships, and grow across BFSI, insurance, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare administration, or education.

I've managed end-to-end non-IT recruitment at HR91.IN for sales, operations, and administrative roles, from sourcing and screening through offer rollout. I screened 50+ resumes weekly, coordinated panel interviews, maintained MIS reports in MS Excel, and supported vendor onboarding documentation.

My exposure to insurance operations at LIC, alongside a BBA in Human Resource Management and ongoing MBA studies in Finance and HR, helps me understand BFSI hiring needs. I enjoy building strong candidate and hiring-manager relationships while delivering organized, compliant recruitment processes.
