What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, strengthen onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, and partner with stakeholders to deliver a positive employee experience.

I've supported talent acquisition and HR operations at IndusInd Nippon Life Insurance, managing onboarding, employee documentation, HRMS updates, recruitment trackers, and employee lifecycle processes.

At Agrim Housing Finance, I managed recruitment for sales and non-sales roles across 6 branches and 19 spoke locations, supporting a 250–300 employee workforce. I also coordinated payroll inputs, attendance, leave, full-and-final settlements, employee records, and engagement initiatives.

Previously at Level 3, I sourced and screened candidates for BPO roles, coordinated interviews and offers, maintained ATS and recruitment reporting, and delivered monthly hiring targets.
