What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and compliance knowledge in a people-focused organisation where I can support employees and continue developing in HR.

I've supported high-volume recruitment at Wipro Limited, coordinating job postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, background checks, onboarding, and induction.

I led recruitment activity across five states and maintained accurate hiring documentation while working to weekly KPIs and targets. I also helped implement a new onboarding process that improved new-hire satisfaction and reduced time to productivity.

Currently, I volunteer with the British Heart Foundation, providing administrative support, maintaining donation records, assisting customers, supporting fundraising, and generating till reports. I'm building on my CIPD Level 3 People Practice training and knowledge of UK employment law, policies, analytics, and evidence-based practice.
