I’m looking for a customer experience or technical support role where I can resolve customer issues, manage escalations, support cloud telephony or technical products, and use AI tools to improve response quality and operational productivity.

At BolsterBiz, I handle customer issues for USA clients through voice, email, and chat while maintaining SLA and TAT commitments. I use ChatGPT and Google Gemini to improve response quality, summarize cases, prepare documentation, and support troubleshooting.

Previously at Knowlarity Communications, I supported cloud telephony and IVR solutions, managed incidents and service requests, and worked with SQL queries and Postman API validation.

I began in customer service at Radical Minds, handling the Zomato escalation process and customer issue resolution. Across eight years, I’ve focused on customer satisfaction, escalation management, and efficient support operations.
