I've led strategic transformation, HR, procurement, and operational programmes across the Government of India and Indian Army for more than 30 years. In my current Senior Director role, I lead HR development, training policy, coordination, budgeting, procurement, and IT infrastructure for a large government organisation.

I delivered an 85% improvement in operational efficiency through resource optimisation, governance reform, and eOffice digital workflows, while directing a talent transformation centre that trains 700+ professionals annually. Previously, at the Indian Army Wargame Development Centre, I directed end-to-end delivery of a ₹150 Cr enterprise IT and simulation programme and established a cross-functional IT Centre of Excellence.

I've also managed a ₹4,500 Cr capital procurement portfolio, negotiated high-value international contracts, and held P&L-style accountability for a 1,000+ person organisation and assets exceeding ₹1,050 Cr.
