What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex technology transformation programs where I can strengthen delivery governance, optimize global operations, and apply emerging Generative AI and agentic workflows to business outcomes.

At Mphasis, I’ve led mission-critical infrastructure transformation for a strategic US banking client, delivering a US$1M program on time, within budget, and with zero escalations.

I’ve owned global operations for a major US IT hardware manufacturer, coordinating 500+ support staff across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC in a 24/7 follow-the-sun model.

I built a 50-member break-fix team in Mumbai from scratch, creating an operating model later replicated across India, Europe, and Australia. By streamlining workflows, I reduced delivery timelines by approximately 15% and improved profitability.

I’ve also managed application modernization, distributed Scrum teams, automated testing, release planning, production deployments, vendor relationships, and service continuity. I’m building hands-on knowledge of Generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG architectures, vector databases, and MCP to support technology-enabled transformation.
