At EXL for American Express, I built an OpenAI API and RAG-based campaign reporting pipeline that reduced manual analysis by 60% across 10+ channels. I also deployed anomaly alerting and natural-language dashboard querying, cutting issue identification time by roughly 50% and ad-hoc analysis by 40%.

For Flipkart, I engineered pipelines that analyzed 200K+ reviews and flagged 100K+ infringing listings, while a semantic-search fraud tracking system helped take down 50K+ malicious brand-abuse assets. Earlier at Paytm, I supported AI-driven credit risk scoring as Paytm Postpaid scaled from ₹30 Cr to ₹3,000 Cr in monthly transaction volume.
