On an enterprise product engineering and failure intelligence platform, I architected and led an Advanced RAG system that brought technical knowledge together across PLM, validation, quality, supplier, service, and warranty systems.
I designed its ingestion and retrieval architecture and directed investigation workflows for engineering change impact, product failures, supplier quality, and validation history. The platform reduced complex investigation cycles from days to hours and helped teams reuse historical knowledge.
I also built an agentic AI medical claims knowledge platform that retrieves insurance coverage conditions, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim-document requirements. It indexed policy content in ChromaDB and provided grounded responses with citations and safe handling of insufficient evidence.
Across my AI/ML work, I develop predictive analytics, NLP, deep learning, RAG, and agentic AI applications, and deploy AI services with FastAPI and Flask. I work across the AI development lifecycle, from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
