I also worked as an Inventory Manager, managing client and distributor data in Power BI and Excel to report sales values and product availability. I built client relationships through monthly meetings and follow-ups, and addressed concerns involving their systems and dashboards.

I supported clients with technical inquiries about Adobe products, including Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and with international payment issues.

As a Consultant Trainee at JOULES TO WATTS BUSINESS SOLUTION PVT. LTD, I prepared reports on candidate leave records and joining dates to support HR decision-making. I also documented training activities and employee information.
