I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with experience in customer service, digital printing operations, graphic design, and administrative support. As a Printing Services Manager / Customer Service Representative / All-Around Worker (2023–2024), I addressed customer concerns with professionalism and compassion, recommended suitable services and products, and handled multiple inquiries through effective multitasking. I also tracked business expenses and operational outgoings, monitored industry trends, and supported smooth day-to-day operations.

I managed printing workflows end-to-end—operating printing presses and equipment efficiently, analyzing printer density readings to identify and prevent quality issues, and troubleshooting machine problems while performing equipment maintenance. I communicated with customers through telephone, Facebook, and email to ensure efficient resolutions.

I’m also hands-on in design and production, creating infographics, flyers, logos, and other creative materials using Adobe Photoshop. In my more recent role as a Cashier/Sales Representative (2024–Present), I provide highest-level customer service and help customers translate technical specifications into clear, understandable options aligned with their requirements.
