What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my eligibility, compliance, case-management, and bilingual communication experience in public service or participant-focused programs with complex documentation and policy requirements.

I'm currently an Eligibility Worker with Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services, interviewing applicants, verifying sensitive documentation, interpreting policy, and maintaining confidential case records for public-assistance programs.

At Green Paradigm Consulting, I administer applications for the South Coast AQMD Replace Your Ride clean-vehicle incentive program. I review income, residency, vehicle, registration, smog-test, and replacement-vehicle documentation; coordinate with participants, dealerships, contractors, and program staff; and communicate requirements and case updates in English and Mandarin.

My earlier work at Bank of America, Global Law Group, and Administrative Services strengthened my client service, discrepancy resolution, legal case coordination, and recordkeeping skills. I bring more than 10 years of experience helping people navigate detailed financial, legal, and public-service processes.
