At iManage, I support enterprise SaaS production infrastructure and lead 5–6-member shifts, coordinating ticket priorities, workload, and technical activities. I handle P1/P2 incidents and support effective shift handovers.
I deploy and troubleshoot Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and iManage infrastructure. I also support environment provisioning, application releases, upgrades, and rollbacks.
I develop PowerShell scripts for pre-checks and server health validation, and use PowerShell and SaltStack for infrastructure operations. At PowerSchool, I managed production deployments and automated deployment and infrastructure activities using PowerShell and Terraform.
