My role involves researching applications, handling reimbursement activities, and managing specialty medications and copay programs. Previously, I served as a Benefit Verification Specialist at CVS/Caremark, where I assisted patients with their applications and prior authorizations.

My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Computers, along with certifications in Oracle SQL and Quality Assurance. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have a solid understanding of pharmacy services, which allows me to build strong working relationships with management and coworkers.
