I'm seeking assignments in Technical Valuations and team handling in the financial sector with an organization of repute.

At Mahindra & Mahindra Finance ltd, I work as Regional Technical Manager SME LAP, monitoring the regional technical evaluation process and reviewing technical procedures. I handle the MP Region and coordinate with credit and operations.

Previously, as Area Technical Manager at Aditya Birla Capital Finance Ltd, I handled SME LAP valuations, vendor management, technical document verification, and technical MIS. I tracked PDD and technical OTC while working to meet TAT targets.

At Indiabulls Housing finance Ltd, I handled a team of four to five technical managers and valuations for LAP and HL across several locations. I also trained branch managers and valuers and maintained MIS.
