I’m looking to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment operations—building data-driven pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and ensuring budget-aligned, quality hiring with scalable processes and strong candidate experience.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner with 9+ years of experience building full end-to-end recruitment cycles aligned to business priorities. I’ve driven strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, contract management, and talent operations—covering the entire journey from sourcing and screening to interviews (up to CXO level), offers, and onboarding.

In my most recent role, I established pan-India TA operations, built talent pipeline management processes, and used ATS workflows to track hiring progress and improve recruitment efficiency. I also managed annual TA budgets and cost-per-hire, led manpower planning and requisition finalization with function heads, supported UKIMEA engineering/business hiring, and strengthened verification, dashboards, and interview effectiveness through Competency-Based Interviews (CBI).
