At Communicare Healthcare Services, I manage enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure supporting multi-site healthcare operations. I administer Cisco routers, switches, CUCM, and Cisco Unity Connection, and support VoIP and Unified Communications systems.
I monitor network health with SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark, and resolve Tier 2/3 network and telecom incidents. I also coordinate with telecom vendors, ISPs, and third-party providers on circuit provisioning and fault resolution.
Previously, at Baltic Marine Services LLC, I delivered Level 1/2 IT support and maintained Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365 services, and Active Directory. At Superloop, I provided Level 1 support for residential and SMB broadband services across Australia.
Earlier, I supported IT infrastructure and Windows environments at Jay Jay Lanka and Hatton National Bank. I hold CCNA, RHCSA, and Google Network Security certifications, and studied Computer Systems & Network Engineering at Curtin University.
