I'm seeking a challenging role where I can advance organisational objectives through end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition, particularly for energy-domain requirements.

At Covenant Consultants, I handled internal recruitment and client requirements across Power, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical, including offshore requirements for L&T Hydrocarbons, SBM Offshore, Saipem, and Sidvin CoreTech. I sourced candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendors, and negotiated salaries and offers.

At Quest Global, I handled large-scale recruitment for Power, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical requirements. I worked across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including stakeholder management and employee referral campaigns, and used AI tools and ChatGPT for screening and interviewing candidates.
