What I'm looking for

I'm focused on building export-ready startups and MSMEs through mentoring, market access, trade facilitation, compliance guidance, capacity-building programmes, and partnerships with government, industry, investors, and global trade organisations.

I've spent 23+ years advancing international trade development from India, most notably with the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), where I progressed from Trainee to Deputy Director across membership, events promotion, and trade facilitation.

I have led international trade initiatives including the Kunming, China Exhibition, buyer-seller meets in Bangladesh, and trade fairs in Russia, Spain, Tianjin, and Fuzhou. As Acting Regional Head for FIEO Eastern Region, I led an eight-member team, achieved 100% of the revenue target and 200% of the domestic-events target, and delivered the region's highest participation at the 2017 Kunming Exhibition.

I'm now building export-ready enterprises through incubation, entrepreneurship development programmes, startup mentoring, market access, export compliance guidance, and partnerships across government, industry, academia, and international trade organisations.
