I'm looking to apply data analysis, forecasting, profitability modeling, and market-expansion strategy to business and growth decisions.

I've built profitability, forecasting, and market-expansion models across single-family real estate, gaming, and e-commerce. My work turns large, messy datasets into decisions executives and clients can act on.

At American Homes, I built a profitability model for 60,000+ homes, developed climate-risk and maintenance-cost forecasting models, and combined demographic, housing, and economic data in Tableau and ArcGIS to improve portfolio insight.

Previously, I analyzed marketing performance and 16M+ active customers at Caesars Entertainment, and now advise e-commerce and nonprofit clients on growth strategy, data audits, KPIs, and product decisions.
