I'm looking for remote or relocation-friendly operations roles where I can improve KYC, payments, customer support, and technical workflows through data-driven process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

At Capital Chain, I lead operations spanning client onboarding, KYC/AML verification, payment operations, trading platform support, risk controls, and cross-functional incident resolution.

I've reduced payout processing from 48–72 hours to 12–24 hours, increased KYC review capacity from 4 to 15 accounts per day, and helped recover approximately 80% of funds affected by fraud and payment disputes. I also built an internal workflow platform to replace third-party software and improve case visibility, ownership, and operating cost efficiency.
