I seek roles in translation/localization or lecturing that value linguistic accuracy, cultural nuance, CAT-tool expertise, collaborative teams, and opportunities for research and professional growth.

I am a Punjabi linguist, translator and lecturer with extensive experience in MTPE, localization, UI translation, and academic research, including a Ph.D. in Punjabi (in progress). I have translated technical, marketing and educational content, contributed to Punjabi language models, and served as a Punjabi Wikipedia admin.

Professionally I have worked with Tata Consultancy Services, Lyric Labs India, Outliar, Fidel Softech and multiple freelance clients, delivering accurate localized content for apps, websites, user manuals and campaigns while preserving tone and cultural nuance.

I combine strong communication and problem-solving skills with experience using CAT tools (Trados, MemoQ, Phrase), Punjabi typing and teaching experience, and a track record of published research and certified translation training.
