I’m a Senior Fraud Risk & Operations Professional with 19 years of experience in banking operations, fraud investigations, and financial crime risk management across global environments.

In my roles, I’ve managed end-to-end fraud detection, underwriting validation, KYB/KYC reviews, and enhanced due diligence (EDD) to identify high-risk entities—while investigating suspicious transactions and behavioral patterns to surface fraud and financial crime exposure.

I also strengthen fraud prevention frameworks through transaction monitoring, chargebacks & dispute resolution, operational risk controls, and SLA/KPI-driven case management. I build SQL and Power BI dashboards for fraud trend analysis and reporting, and I partner with compliance, audit, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to reduce risk exposure and improve operational efficiency.
