I’m an Operations & FinCrime Team Lead with 5+ years of success streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and leading high-performing teams. I use data analytics and SQL to drive data-backed decisions, improving fraud detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
I oversee end-to-end compliance management for screening processes, including AML and CTF-related work, with a focus on KYC, transaction monitoring, Chargeback, and SAR (Suspicious Activity Reports). I also played a pivotal role in a Whitelisting Project, optimizing false positives and strengthening operational outcomes.
I’m hands-on with workflow optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and quality assurance—acting as the point of contact for data-related issues and KPI issue management. I build and update SOPs, conduct RCA, lead people management and training (including QC trainer responsibilities), and consistently maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Lead data-driven FinCrime and compliance initiatives using advanced data analysis and SQL to enhance fraud detection accuracy. Manage end-to-end screening compliance, KYC/AML workflows, and team performance while driving process and KPI improvements.
Create and update SOPs, produce management reports, and conduct RCA to support process improvement. Serve as a POC QC Trainer, cross-train across multiple lines of business, and perform auditing while supporting onboarding for new joiners.
Lead vendor FinCrime operations including onboarding/offboarding with Retail KYC procedures and risk trend monitoring. Manage escalations and reporting of suspicious activities while overseeing a team and workforce for 24/7 coverage.
Perform fraud prevention by flagging suspicious activities and transactions, and contribute to process improvements. Provide customer support via chat and assist with training new hires as an auxiliary support role.
