I’m a results-driven HR and Operations professional with over two years of progressive experience across healthcare organizations in Nepal. I’ve managed HR operations end-to-end—recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and Nepal labor law compliance—while handling confidential employee and client data with discipline. I’m also recognized for strong leadership, organizational ability, and problem-solving.

As a Project Manager, I lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines and resources, and communicate risks and milestones to drive operational efficiency. Previously, as a Human Resource Manager, I owned monthly payroll processing (attendance, leave tracking, salary calculations, allowances, and deductions), coordinated duty rosters, supervised hospital IT functions (troubleshooting, updates, vendor coordination, and data security), and supported Medipro-based insurance profile and patient record management. I also worked in accounts & administration, supporting monthly salary processing, TDS and tax compliance aligned with Nepal regulations, and TDS filing with the Inland Revenue Department.
