I’m looking for a role where I can own HR and grants operations while strengthening finance controls—reconciliations, compliance, reporting, and audit readiness—in a mission-driven organization.

I’m an HR & Grants officer with extensive experience supporting humanitarian and donor-funded organizations—owning end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and performance management compliance. In parallel, I manage grant processes by reviewing partner claims, supporting spot-checks, tracking findings, and preparing grant reimbursement documentation.

I also bring strong finance leadership across project and organizational budgets—supporting disbursements, monthly reconciliations, fixed assets tracking, and internal controls aligned with GAAP and donor/FCDO requirements. From auditing and compliance to payroll and procurement operations, I work independently, stay structured in a team, and deliver efficiently with a positive, highly committed approach.
