I’m looking for a customer- and record-focused role where I can manage scheduling, live chat or front-desk inquiries, and help clients with clear, policy-aware support—ideally in a fast-paced, organized environment.

I’m a bilingual receptionist and customer support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines. I bring strong organizational and multitasking skills, and I’m experienced in handling high-volume client interactions while staying accurate and professional.

Through my role as a Financial Aid Live Chat Agent, I provided real-time remote support to students and parents using live chat. I interpreted financial aid policies, translated complex information into clear guidance, navigated university systems and student databases, and maintained confidentiality with FERPA compliance.

In my current Front Desk - Receptionist role, I support daily office operations by managing scheduling, communication, records, and front-desk workflows.
