I'm looking for a fast-paced customer support or operations role where I can improve payment and billing processes, solve customer issues accurately, collaborate across teams, and contribute ideas that strengthen customer experience.

I'm currently supporting a global client account at Teleperformance in Dublin, resolving customer order, billing, and payment disputes across voice, email, and live chat.
