I own P&L performance across Web3/crypto and fiat casino portfolios, using market research, commission design, conversion optimisation, and media buying to improve margins.
Previously at Valueleaf Services, I scaled an affiliate network 10X, owned a ₹70 Cr revenue portfolio, contributed to ₹600 Cr group revenue, and built a 30+ person team.
