What I'm looking for

I’m interested in roles involving hospital information systems, EMR/HMIS implementation, health data management, clinical decision support, and digital health transformation.

At Smart Health Global, I led implementation of the Digital Mentor Program (Gaule Guru) in Badimalika Municipality, training 37 community-based digital mentors who reached approximately 540 residents. I also served on the Secretariat of the Last Mile Digital Health Summit 2026.

At Kathmandu University, I’m researching readiness for Electronic Health Record adoption in primary healthcare facilities in Chitwan District. I built KoboToolbox data-collection tools and a Python processing pipeline for validation, cleaning, and scoring, and developed a rule-based hypertension decision-support system using HL7 FHIR.
